Worked on caterpillars today. I don’t have any photos of the finished product (the boy has been playing with them pretty much all night, except when he was in swim class), but I’ll get them up tomorrow. Got the idea from No Ordinary Moments.
I realized that my son has very little faith in his own artistic direction today. He’s more than happy to draw something he’s seen but he doesn’t want to attempt any uncharted waters. He was happy to draw while I worked on my bug but once he saw what I was doing, he realized the artistic potential and decided to get buggy himself.
Was lots of fun. :)
